My product broke, what do i do?
You can use our return system to send back the broken item.
CLICK HERE to start the return process. The only thing you need is your order ID (which you can find on the package slip included with the order, or in your confirmation email), and the postcode of where the order was shipped to.

As long as you’re within the 2-year warranty period and you didn’t run over it with a monster truck ;-), we will send out a replacement immediately after your return package has arrived at our warehouse.
