The watch is beautiful and original but the strap is short and when I called to see if I could change it or buy a longer compatible one they told me that it was not possible, that there was no compatible one.

Trendhim process was easy, simply and seamless. Product is cheap so I wouldn't usually complain but the strap has a slight bulge in the mesh, making it wider than it's specification, so I cannot feed it through the buckle.. so I can't put the watch on. Frustrating.
