Very beautiful pendant, but chain much too short!

The cross pendant is beautiful. I bought it as a present for my son and he is delighted with it. Unfortunately, the chain is much too short. It is short and therefore unusable. You'll have to buy one to be able to wear the pendant... I don't understand why, on a site mainly dedicated to men, you sell such short chains!
