Introduction: 

A TrendhimClub membership is free and a purchase is not required to become a member. 

Joining TrendhimClub is easy!

1. Sign-Up Requirements
   a. You need to be 18 or older.
   b. You need to provide your first name, email, and phone number. You can join the club here.
   c. To join, you must accept the terms and conditions on this page and sign up for marketing emails and SMS. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails and SMSs at any time. 
   d. To access your benefits, you must create an account, verify your email address, and make a password. 

2. Email is Key
   a. Your membership is tied to the email you use when you sign up. You’ll earn and redeem rewards through that email, so make sure you use that during check-out.

As a member, it’s your responsibility to update your contact information and keep your login information confidential.

As a TrendhimClub member, you get:

1. 15% cashback on everything you buy.

2. Free shipping on all orders over A$39 after your first purchase.

3. Exclusive members-only deals.

Earning cashback:

• Every purchase you make will add to your cashback total, except:

• Orders paid for with gift cards or vouchers.

Please note:

• Only TrendhimClub members can earn cashback.

Cashback release: 

• Your cashback will be available when your order ships and can be used immediately on future orders.

• If you have an open return ticket, the cashback earned on the associated order will be frozen until the return has been processed. Cashback will be calculated on the amount you paid.

• Please note: Cashback is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. All cashback older than 6 months will expire and become unavailable.

Use your cashback:

1. Log in to your account via the login page here.

2. Add the desired products to your cart. 

3. Your available cashback amount is automatically deducted from your total.

4. Please note:
   
   a. Cashback is a ‘balance’ and can go up and down.
   b. Use of cashback discount can be removed during checkout. You cannot select how much cashback discount you want to use, but you can choose whether or not you use your accumulated amount.
   c. You cannot buy gift cards with cashback.
   d. Only TrendhimClub members can use cashback.

Cashback and returns/refunds:

• If you return items from an order with cashback earnings, the amount will be deducted from your cashback balance.

• If you have an open return ticket, the cashback earned on the order will be frozen until the return has been processed.

• When returning, orders paid fully or partially with cashback can always be exchanged, but cashback spent can never be returned to your cashback balance. Cashback is considered a discount and not a payment option. Only the amount you have paid can be refunded.

• On return, cashback has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

After your first purchase, you will get free shipping on all orders over A$39. You will get our recommended shipping option for free and will have the option to pay for another shipping option if you prefer. In case you chose a different option, you will only pay the difference between the free and chosen shipping options.

Activate free shipping over A$39: 

1. Make your first purchase using the email address and account you want to use when making future orders.

2. You now have free shipping over A$39 on all future orders.

Using your free shipping over A$39:

1. Log in to your account via the login page here. 

2. Add the desired products to your cart.

3. Free shipping will be applied to your order once the total passes A$39.

4. Please note:
   
   a. Free shipping over A$39 is only possible on orders after your first order, using the same email address and account as you used to sign up for TrendhimClub membership.

1. Updating your email address 
   Changing the email address associated with your TrendhimClub account is impossible. Merging accounts is also impossible. If you want to change your email address, you will need to create a new account.

2. Cancelling your membership
   You can cancel your TrendhimClub membership at any time by opting out through any of our TrendhimClub emails. Cancelling your membership nullifies your accumulated cashback credit and other benefits.

Mandatory consent
When you sign up, you’ll have to agree to receive three types of communication: TrendhimClub communication, marketing emails, and marketing SMS.

1. TrendhimClub communication
   These are essential for your membership as they inform you about your club status, cashback, and other information. You can unsubscribe from these at any time, but doing so will cancel your membership and the benefits associated with it. You can also contact us directly to cancel your membership and delete your account.

2. TrendhimClub marketing emails
   These include campaigns, product launches, and members-only deals. You can unsubscribe from these at any time by pressing the specified link in any marketing email you receive. Unsubscribing from these emails will not cancel your membership or benefits, or delete your account with us.

3. TrendhimClub marketing SMS
   These include campaigns and members-only deals. You can unsubscribe from marketing SMSs without affecting your membership, benefits, or the account you created. Unsubscribe from SMS at any time by pressing the specified link in any of the SMSs you receive.

Programme changes

Trendhim may update the Terms & Conditions of the TrendhimClub programme or our Privacy Policy at any time. If substantial changes are made or if changes will affect negatively your terms, we will notify you via email and/or SMS.

Programme termination

If the programme ends, unused cashback will not be available for use.

Right to cancel

Trendhim ApS reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of technical problems, suspicious account activity, delivery failure, fair use policy, and similar situations.

Data Protection

By shopping at Trendhim, you accept our Personal Data Protection Policy. Your information is stored, used, and protected per our policy.

Membership

A membership is personal and cannot be transferred to someone else. We have a limitation of one membership pr. person. Changing the email address associated with your account is impossible.
