Because of the global pandemic I had to wait a long time to be delivered to Australia however the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely order again, the products are beautiful and elegant and the customer service is excellent it's worth the wait
Perfectly packaged and as per description, a very nice addition for my collection
I was really happy with the product in terms of finish. The felt inner is very soft. I did think that the product was actually made from wood but rather its plastic with a wood finish. Apart from that pleased with the product.
