I purchased a product for a friends birthday. When it arrived I was happy with the quality of the product except the engraving wasn’t straight it was sideways and as a birthday present Ide expect the engraving which was $18 AUD to be inline with the bracelet. The engraving was also stuck on and not cut into the metal
