The receiving strap is too short

The receiver strap is too short so the buckle sits around the side of my wrist at 8 o’clock.

Leather is dull looking, not like that in the ad. Leather is a bit stiff (no doubt will soften with use) but does not feel like the quality I’d expect. Bottom line here - you get what you pay for.

I bought the product online. I live in Australia and the product was coming from Scandinavia. For some reason, the product did not arrive. I rang to complain and without any issues, a replacement was sent. Very professional. Happy with the product.

Looks and feels like the Tissot original

Great product, feels high quality and matches the original strap almost exactly, and was a great price. The only issue was the spring loaded pins weren’t quite wide enough to stay securely in place so I have to remove them and use the old ones, not a massive issue but worth noting.

The quick release pins are well designed, however, needs a little bit of working to make it smooth. High grade and quality product and recommended!
