This was my first order. I was looking for a waterproof bag for my son and found two options I liked — one from a very well-known brand, and the other from this store. After reading many customer reviews, I decided to order from here. The delivery was delayed longer than expected, so I reached out to customer service. They were incredibly kind. While they couldn’t give an exact reason for the delay (which I understand may have been out of their control), it really felt like they were doing their best to help me. They kept tracking the parcel and updating me on where it was, which I really appreciated. Finally, I received the bag — and I absolutely love it. Even for waterproof bags, it’s quite hard in New Zealand to find one with waterproof zippers, or they are usually very expensive. This one came with waterproof zippers, which I’m really happy about. The wait was a bit tiring, but the customer service and product quality were definitely worth it. Thank you very much. Y from NZ
