I was really happy with the product in terms of finish. The felt inner is very soft. I did think that the product was actually made from wood but rather its plastic with a wood finish. Apart from that pleased with the product.

The case itself is really nice, the engraving too, but I had to spend 20 minutes cleaning it before I wrapped it as a present. It had dust and pieces of grey all over the inside, some dirt on the inside wall, and the clasp had some sort of residue on it. It seemed like it had sat open somewhere for a while. It basically looked used and not presentable. I would have expected more from something that expensive. But that was a fixable issue, so still 4 stars.
