Strap of good quality but very short.

In packaging and delivery and communication, absolutely, yes.. The strap was of good quality but it was exceptionally small and not even suitable for a normal wrist size like myself. So to be fair it was disappointing and it cost me money for postage and returns. My best advice would be for straps and watches to clearly state the actual strap lengths. I was going to buy one of your Fawler watches but due to this experience I’ve decided not to.
